Where are we Heading? How do we Arrive at a Common Goal?
These are the questions that the owners of companies ask themselves. When founding a new company or when a company has developed organically a little bit in all directions. We believe that clarity about goals and structures pull the employees along and thus help to achieve economic success.
To create such profitable clarity, we applied our holistic strategy process based on Gutzwiller's principles. Together with those responsible, we created vision, mission, values, then analyses of the organization and the environment, down to options and market positioning. Finally, a corporate development program was formulated with clear actions and responsibilities. For this purpose, we conducted one to a maximum of five day workshops with the relevant stakeholders, depending on the depth of the program, pragmatically adapted to the respective situation and the needs of the organization.
In these workshops, we use our experience as entrepreneurs on one hand, and our strategy process, which we have continuously improved over the years on the other. We have adapted this process for a wide range of clients: from high-tech companies to producers of artisanal food.
